  • Appointments can be scheduled through our website by completing the online appointment request form. A member of our team will contact you to confirm your appointment details.

  • We strive to provide convenient and accessible healthcare for all our patients. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible. To help us accommodate all patients efficiently, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a $25 fee, which will be charged at the patient's next follow-up visit. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a new appointment time that works with your schedule.

  • Yes. We accept most major insurance plans in Puerto Rico, including:

    • First Medical Health Plan

    • Plan de Salud Menonita

    If you do not see your insurance provider listed, please contact our office to verify coverage.

  • Yes. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on provider availability. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability and minimize wait times.

  • If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or visit the nearest emergency room.

  • We accept most forms of payment, including cash, debit cards, major credit cards, and ATH Móvil. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

  • We do not provide emergency medical services or home visits. In some cases, certain conditions or medical needs may be better managed by another specialist. When appropriate, we will gladly assist with referrals and coordinate your care to ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment.
