If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance whenever possible.To help us accommodate all patients efficiently, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) may be subject to a $25 fee, which will be charged at the patient's next follow-up visit.Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a new appointment time that works with your schedule.

Yes. Walk-in appointments may be accommodated based on provider availability. We recommend calling ahead to confirm availability and minimize wait times.

If you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call 911 immediately or visit the nearest emergency room.

We accept most forms of payment, including cash, debit cards, major credit cards, and ATH Móvil. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.

We do not provide emergency medical services or home visits. In some cases, certain conditions or medical needs may be better managed by another specialist. When appropriate, we will gladly assist with referrals and coordinate your care to ensure you receive the most appropriate treatment.
